Dr. Meade's Vision for Caribbean Heart Health

In a region where cardiac care often means traveling abroad, we've created something different right here in Antigua.

Compassion First

Every person who comes to us is facing something difficult. We never forget that. From the moment you contact us to the moment you leave our care, we treat you with the kindness and respect you deserve.

Our Mission

To provide comprehensive, compassionate cardiac care that serves our Antigua community and the wider Caribbean with excellence, accessibility, and genuine personal attention.

Clinical Excellence

Compassion means nothing without competence. We maintain the highest standards of cardiac care, continually advancing our capabilities, training, and technology so that you receive the best possible treatment.

Personal Attention

You're not a number. You're not a case. You're a person, with a name, a story, a family who loves you, and a life you want to keep living fully. We remember that in every interaction, every appointment, every decision we make together.

Accessible Care

World-class cardiac care shouldn't require leaving the Caribbean. We've built our center so that families across Antigua and the Eastern Caribbean can access specialized heart care close to home, without the stress, expense, and difficulty of traveling abroad for treatment.

Community Connection

We're part of this community. We live here. We raise our families here. When we care for you, we're caring for our neighbors, our friends, people we see at the market and at church. That relationship matters deeply to us.

How We've Grown

From Cardiology Practice to Comprehensive Cardiac Centre

For many years, Hope & Grace focused on diagnostic cardiology -- echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter monitoring, stress testing, and ongoing heart health management. We built deep relationships with our patients, and they trusted us to help them understand and manage their heart conditions. But we kept hearing the same concerns:"Do I really need to spend the night in the hospital for monitoring, or is there another option?" "Can I get this procedure done here in Antigua, or do I have to travel off-island?"

Those questions led us to expand, not just for the sake of growth, but because our community needed more comprehensive cardiac services close to home.

Today, Hope & Grace offers 24-Hour Urgent Care walk-in services for cardiac and general medical concerns, and a private overnight ward for patients who need extended monitoring without a hospital admission. Everything you need for your heart health, right here in Antigua.

Those questions led us to expand, not just for the sake of growth, but because our community needed more comprehensive cardiac services close to home.

What Hasn't Changed

As we've grown, we've held onto what matters most: the personal care that earned your trust in the first place.

You'll still see familiar faces. You'll still be greeted by name. Your appointments won't feel rushed. When you call with a concern, you'll reach someone who cares.

Growth, for us, has never been about becoming something different. It's been about becoming better equipped to serve you, with more capabilities, more options, and more ways to help, while keeping the heart of who we've always been.

Dr. Georgette Meade

Leading with Expertise and Heart

For sixteen years, she's cared for thousands of patients across Antigua and the Eastern Caribbean. Her approach combines rigorous clinical excellence with genuine compassion, taking time to listen, to explain clearly, to answer every question, and to make sure you understand not just what's happening with your heart, but what it means for your life.

But what patients remember most isn't the list of credentials—it's how Dr. Meade makes them feel. Heard. Respected. Cared for. Like their concerns matter, their questions are welcome, and their wellbeing is the only thing that counts.

The People Who Care for You and How We Serve Our Community

From our front desk staff who greet you warmly and help navigate appointments, to our medical technicians who perform your tests with skill and kindness, to our nurses who make sure you're comfortable and informed, every person on our team is here because they believe in what we do.
That same commitment to caring for people extends beyond our clinic walls. Hope & Grace is active in our community, dedicated to education, prevention, and supporting health initiatives that serve Antigua and the wider region.
