Specialist Cardiac Care Without Leaving The Caribbean
Expert cardiac treatment shouldn't mean long flights and unfamiliar hospitals. Hope & Grace delivers consultant-level cardiology and advanced diagnostics in Antigua, world-class care closer to home, from a team who understands the Caribbean and treats you like family, not a file number.
Why Choose Hope & Grace for Regional Care
Regional patients often face an impossible choice: fly far from home for specialist cardiac care, or manage serious heart conditions without expert support. Families worry about the cost of multiple trips, whether they can be present during treatment, and what happens if complications arise thousands of miles away. Hope & Grace changes that equation completely.
You receive the same consultant-level expertise and advanced diagnostics you'd find at major international centres, but you're an hour's flight from home instead of five. Your family can visit without depleting savings on airfare and hotels. Your local physician can coordinate with our team easily. And if you need ongoing care, follow-up visits don't require international travel, visa applications, or days away from work.
We take time to listen, answer every question thoroughly, and explain everything in language that makes sense. You'll see the same faces at each visit. We remember your story, not just your chart. This is the kind of attentive, personalised care everyone deserves but rarely receives, especially when travelling for medical treatment.

Hope & Grace is Different. From the Moment You Contact Us, You'll Feel The Difference
Expert Heart Care Closer to Home - V.C. Bird International Airport connects easily to Dominica, St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Kitts, Montserrat, and islands throughout the Eastern Caribbean. Most regional flights take less than an hour, making it simple for you to receive treatment and for family to be present when it matters most. No lengthy journeys. No visa complications. No unfamiliar climates when you're already unwell.
Internationally Trained, Caribbean Heart - Our founder, Dr. Georgette Meade, trained at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at the University of Toronto before returning home to build the Caribbean’s most advanced cardiac facility.
Today, Dr.Meade leads a team of nurses, cardiac technicians, and medical professionals who understand the realities regional patients face, delivering care with cultural familiarity, compassion, and the genuine respect you deserve.
How We Make Regional Care Simple
No surprise billing. No cultural disconnection. No information gaps between your treatment here and your physician at home. Just straightforward, coordinated cardiac care.
Clear Pricing, No Surprises
Medical bills shouldn't be mysterious. Before you travel, we'll give you a clear, written estimate of all costs. What we tell you is what you'll pay - no surprise charges, no hidden fees. Many of our international patients find our pricing more accessible than facilities in the US or Puerto Rico, while receiving the same quality of care.
