Serving Our Community With Intentional Heart

Hope & Grace has been more than a cardiac care centre, we're your neighbors, committed to keeping Antigua & Barbuda's hearts healthy.

Caring for Hearts, Caring for Community

Hope & Grace Cardiac Centre believes that true cardiac care extends beyond clinic walls. From our inception, we've partnered with schools, community organizations, and the Ministry of Health to bring free cardiovascular screenings, health education, and stroke prevention directly to our neighbors across Antigua & Barbuda.

Through these initiatives and Dr. Meade's leadership as Co-Founder and President of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Antigua & Barbuda, we're reducing preventable heart disease one screening, one conversation, one community at a time.
